1. Natura del Servizio
BurgTV è un'applicazione software che funziona come media player per la riproduzione di contenuti multimediali.
- BurgTV NON fornisce, ospita né distribuisce alcun contenuto audiovisivo.
- L'utente utilizza esclusivamente contenuti propri o di terze parti di cui possiede i diritti.
- BurgTV non è responsabile per i contenuti riprodotti dall'utente tramite l'applicazione.
2. Piani e Licenze
BurgTV offre due tipologie di accesso alle funzionalità dell'applicazione:
Abbonamento Annuale
Accesso completo alle funzionalità dell'app BurgTV per 12 mesi.
Prezzo: CHF 8.90/anno
Include 7 giorni di prova gratuita. Al termine della prova, l'abbonamento si attiva automaticamente se non cancellato.
Licenza Permanente (pagamento una tantum)
Pagamento unico per l'accesso alle funzionalità dell'app BurgTV.
Prezzo: CHF 25.90 (una tantum)
⚠️ Clausola importante sulla Licenza Permanente:
La licenza permanente è una licenza d'uso non esclusiva dell'app BurgTV, valida per la durata di disponibilità commerciale del servizio. Il pagamento una tantum si riferisce esclusivamente alla modalità di pagamento e non costituisce un diritto di accesso perpetuo indipendente dall'esistenza del servizio.
3. Account e Dispositivi
- Ogni licenza (annuale o permanente) può essere utilizzata su un massimo di 5 dispositivi.
- L'utente può gestire i propri dispositivi dalla dashboard su app.burgtv.com.
- La condivisione delle credenziali di accesso con terzi non è consentita.
- Un solo account per persona fisica o giuridica.
4. Pagamenti e Rimborsi
- I pagamenti sono elaborati in modo sicuro tramite Stripe.
- BurgTV non memorizza i dati delle carte di credito sui propri server.
- Nessun rimborso è previsto dopo l'attivazione dell'abbonamento annuale o l'acquisto della licenza permanente.
- L'abbonamento annuale si rinnova automaticamente alla scadenza, salvo disdetta.
5. Uso Consentito
- L'utente deve avere i diritti legali per visualizzare i contenuti riprodotti tramite l'app.
- È vietato utilizzare il servizio per attività illegali o per violare diritti d'autore di terzi.
- L'utente è l'unico responsabile per i contenuti che visualizza tramite l'applicazione.
6. Sospensione e Revoca
BurgTV si riserva il diritto di sospendere o revocare l'accesso all'account in caso di:
- Violazione dei presenti Termini e Condizioni
- Utilizzo abusivo o fraudolento del servizio
- Condivisione non autorizzata delle credenziali
- Attività illegali o dannose
La sospensione o revoca può avvenire senza preavviso e senza diritto a rimborso.
7. Limitazioni di Responsabilità
- Il servizio è fornito "così com'è" senza garanzie di disponibilità continua o ininterrotta.
- BurgTV non è responsabile per contenuti di terze parti visualizzati tramite l'app.
- BurgTV non è responsabile per perdita di dati, playlist o impostazioni dell'utente.
- BurgTV si riserva il diritto di modificare, sospendere o interrompere il servizio in qualsiasi momento.
8. Modifiche ai Termini
BurgTV può aggiornare questi Termini e Condizioni in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche significative saranno comunicate tramite email o nell'applicazione. L'uso continuato del servizio dopo le modifiche costituisce accettazione dei nuovi termini.
9. Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente
I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono regolati dal diritto svizzero.
Per qualsiasi controversia derivante dall'uso del servizio, il foro competente esclusivo è quello di Lugano, Svizzera.

1. Nature of the Service
BurgTV is a software application that functions as a media player for multimedia content playback.
- BurgTV does NOT provide, host, or distribute any audiovisual content.
- Users exclusively use their own content or third-party content for which they hold the rights.
- BurgTV is not responsible for content played by users through the application.
2. Plans and Licenses
BurgTV offers two types of access to the application's features:
Annual Subscription
Full access to BurgTV app features for 12 months.
Price: CHF 8.90/year
Includes 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription automatically activates if not cancelled.
Permanent License (one-time payment)
One-time payment for access to BurgTV app features.
Price: CHF 25.90 (one-time)
⚠️ Important clause regarding Permanent License:
The permanent license is a non-exclusive license to use the BurgTV app, valid for the duration of commercial availability of the service. The one-time payment refers exclusively to the payment method and does not constitute a right of perpetual access independent of the service's existence.
3. Account and Devices
- Each license (annual or permanent) can be used on a maximum of 5 devices.
- Users can manage their devices from the dashboard at app.burgtv.com.
- Sharing login credentials with third parties is not permitted.
- One account per natural or legal person.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- BurgTV does not store credit card data on its servers.
- No refunds are provided after activation of annual subscription or purchase of permanent license.
- Annual subscription automatically renews at expiration unless cancelled.
5. Permitted Use
- Users must have legal rights to view content played through the app.
- Using the service for illegal activities or to infringe third-party copyrights is prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for content they view through the application.
6. Suspension and Revocation
BurgTV reserves the right to suspend or revoke account access in case of:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Abusive or fraudulent use of the service
- Unauthorized sharing of credentials
- Illegal or harmful activities
Suspension or revocation may occur without notice and without right to refund.
7. Limitations of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous or uninterrupted availability.
- BurgTV is not responsible for third-party content viewed through the app.
- BurgTV is not responsible for loss of user data, playlists, or settings.
- BurgTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
BurgTV may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
For any dispute arising from the use of the service, the exclusive jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland.

⚠️ Wichtige Klausel zur Permanenten Lizenz:
Die permanente Lizenz ist eine nicht-exklusive Nutzungslizenz für die BurgTV-App, gültig für die Dauer der kommerziellen Verfügbarkeit des Dienstes. Die Einmalzahlung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die Zahlungsmethode und stellt kein Recht auf dauerhaften Zugang unabhängig von der Existenz des Dienstes dar.
3. Konto und Geräte
- Jede Lizenz kann auf maximal 5 Geräten verwendet werden.
- Nutzer können ihre Geräte im Dashboard unter app.burgtv.com verwalten.
4. Zahlungen und Rückerstattungen
- Zahlungen werden sicher über Stripe abgewickelt.
- Keine Rückerstattungen nach Aktivierung.
5. Sperrung und Widerruf
BurgTV behält sich das Recht vor, den Kontozugang bei Verstößen zu sperren oder zu widerrufen.
6. Anwendbares Recht
Diese AGB unterliegen dem Schweizer Recht. Gerichtsstand: Lugano, Schweiz.
