10. Chi siamo

Titolare del trattamento è BurgTV, ditta individuale di Musa Bushi, Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano, Svizzera · [email protected]. Trattiamo i dati secondo la legge svizzera sulla protezione dei dati (nLPD) e il Regolamento europeo (GDPR).

11. Cosa resta solo sul tuo dispositivo

Non inviamo ai nostri server: le tue playlist e le credenziali dei servizi di terzi, i canali e i programmi che guardi, la cronologia, i preferiti e il PIN, i film e gli episodi che scarichi. Questi dati restano nella memoria del dispositivo e si cancellano disinstallando l’app.

12. Cosa trattiamo e perché

  • Identificativo del dispositivo: un codice anonimo generato dall’app (non è il MAC address), per gestire la licenza e i dispositivi. Base: esecuzione del contratto.
  • Dati tecnici: modello del dispositivo, sistema operativo, versione dell’app, per supporto e compatibilità. Base: interesse legittimo.
  • Account (solo se ne crei uno): indirizzo email e password conservata cifrata. Base: esecuzione del contratto.
  • Registro dei consensi: l’identificativo del dispositivo, le versioni di questo documento che accetti, la tua scelta sulle statistiche, la versione dell’app, la lingua e la data. Serve a dimostrare il consenso, come richiede la legge. Non registriamo il tuo indirizzo IP in questo registro.
  • Sicurezza: l’indirizzo IP è trattato temporaneamente per proteggere il servizio da abusi. Base: interesse legittimo.

13. Servizi che passano dal nostro server

Le informazioni su film e serie (TMDB), la ricerca dei sottotitoli (SubDL) e i risultati sportivi vengono richiesti tramite il nostro server: inviamo solo quello che serve alla ricerca, cioè titolo, lingua o identificativo del film, mai dati che ti identificano. Alcuni contenuti arrivano invece direttamente al tuo dispositivo da servizi di terzi che, come qualsiasi sito, vedono il tuo indirizzo IP: le immagini di poster e copertine (TMDB), il file del sottotitolo scelto (SubDL), i trailer (YouTube, Google) e una guida TV pubblica degli eventi sportivi (GitHub, globetvapp.com). La guida TV dei tuoi canali viene scaricata dalle fonti che hai configurato.

14. Download

I film e gli episodi che scarichi per guardarli offline vengono salvati solo nella memoria dell’app sul tuo telefono e si cancellano quando li elimini o disinstalli l’app. Non passano dai nostri server.

15. Rapporti sui crash e statistiche d’uso

  • Rapporti sui crash (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): se l’app si chiude per un errore inviamo un rapporto tecnico anonimo (tipo di errore, dispositivo, versione) per poterlo correggere. Base: interesse legittimo.
  • Statistiche d’uso anonime (Firebase Analytics, Google): solo se le attivi con l’interruttore qui sotto. Ci aiutano a capire quali funzioni migliorare. Sono spente se non scegli diversamente e puoi cambiare idea in ogni momento dalle impostazioni.

16. Fornitori

Usiamo fornitori che trattano i dati per nostro conto con garanzie adeguate: Netcup (server, Germania, UE), Cloudflare (rete e protezione), Google Firebase (crash e statistiche facoltative), Resend (email di servizio). I trasferimenti fuori dalla Svizzera e dall’UE avvengono con le garanzie previste (EU-US Data Privacy Framework e clausole contrattuali standard).

17. Conservazione

I dati dell’account restano finché è attivo e vengono cancellati entro 30 giorni dalla chiusura; i registri tecnici al massimo 90 giorni; il registro dei consensi per il tempo necessario a dimostrare il consenso dato.

18. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità dei dati, opporti al trattamento e revocare in ogni momento il consenso alle statistiche, senza conseguenze sul funzionamento dell’app. Scrivi a [email protected], anche per ricevere una copia di questi documenti. Puoi rivolgerti all’Incaricato federale della protezione dei dati (IFPDT) in Svizzera o all’autorità di controllo del tuo paese nell’Unione europea.

BurgTV is a media player. Before you use it, please read this document to the end: it sums up the essential rules of the service and how we handle your data. The full text of the Terms and of the Privacy Policy is part of the same agreement and is available in the app (“Read the full text”) and at burgtv.com.

Part 2 · Privacy

10. Who we are

The controller is BurgTV, sole proprietorship of Musa Bushi, Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland · [email protected]. We process data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. What stays on your device only

We do not send to our servers: your playlists and the credentials of third-party services, the channels and programmes you watch, your history, favourites and PIN, and the films and episodes you download. This data stays in your device’s storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

12. What we process and why

  • Device identifier: an anonymous code generated by the app (not the MAC address), used to manage your licence and devices. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Technical data: device model, operating system and app version, for support and compatibility. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Account (only if you create one): email address and password, stored encrypted. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Consent record: the device identifier, the versions of this document you accept, your choice about statistics, the app version, the language and the date. It lets us demonstrate your consent, as the law requires. We do not record your IP address in this record.
  • Security: your IP address is processed temporarily to protect the service from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

13. Services that go through our server

Film and series information (TMDB), subtitle searches (SubDL) and sports results are requested through our server: we send only what the search needs, that is the title, the language or the film’s identifier, never data that identifies you. Some content, however, reaches your device directly from third-party services which, like any website, see your IP address: poster and cover images (TMDB), the subtitle file you choose (SubDL), trailers (YouTube, Google) and a public TV guide of sports events (GitHub, globetvapp.com). The TV guide of your channels is downloaded from the sources you have configured.

14. Downloads

Films and episodes you download to watch offline are saved only in the app’s storage on your phone and are deleted when you remove them or uninstall the app. They do not pass through our servers.

15. Crash reports and usage statistics

  • Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): if the app closes because of an error, we send an anonymous technical report (type of error, device, version) so that we can fix it. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics, Google): only if you turn them on with the switch below. They help us understand which features to improve. They are off unless you choose otherwise, and you can change your mind at any time in the settings.

16. Providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf with appropriate safeguards: Netcup (servers, Germany, EU), Cloudflare (network and protection), Google Firebase (crashes and optional statistics), Resend (service emails). Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU take place with the required safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

17. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure; technical logs for no more than 90 days; the consent record for as long as needed to demonstrate the consent given.

18. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent to statistics at any time, without any effect on how the app works. Write to [email protected], also to receive a copy of these documents. You can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority of your country in the European Union.

Verantwortlich ist BurgTV, Einzelunternehmen von Musa Bushi, Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano, Schweiz · [email protected]. Wir bearbeiten Daten gemäß dem Schweizer Bundesgesetz über den Datenschutz (DSG) und der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung der EU (DSGVO).

11. Was nur auf deinem Gerät bleibt

Folgendes senden wir nicht an unsere Server: deine Playlists und die Zugangsdaten der Dienste Dritter, die Kanäle und Sendungen, die du ansiehst, deinen Verlauf, deine Favoriten und PIN sowie die Filme und Folgen, die du herunterlädst. Diese Daten bleiben im Speicher deines Geräts und werden gelöscht, wenn du die App deinstallierst.

12. Was wir bearbeiten und warum

  • Gerätekennung: ein anonymer, von der App erzeugter Code (nicht die MAC-Adresse), um deine Lizenz und deine Geräte zu verwalten. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung.
  • Technische Daten: Gerätemodell, Betriebssystem und App-Version, für Support und Kompatibilität. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse.
  • Konto (nur wenn du eines erstellst): E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort, verschlüsselt gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung.
  • Einwilligungsprotokoll: die Gerätekennung, die Versionen dieses Dokuments, die du akzeptierst, deine Wahl zu den Statistiken, die App-Version, die Sprache und das Datum. Damit können wir deine Einwilligung nachweisen, wie es das Gesetz verlangt. Deine IP-Adresse wird in diesem Protokoll nicht gespeichert.
  • Sicherheit: Deine IP-Adresse wird vorübergehend bearbeitet, um den Dienst vor Missbrauch zu schützen. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse.

13. Dienste, die über unseren Server laufen

Informationen zu Filmen und Serien (TMDB), die Suche nach Untertiteln (SubDL) und Sportergebnisse werden über unseren Server abgefragt: Wir senden nur, was für die Suche nötig ist, also Titel, Sprache oder die Kennung des Films, niemals Daten, die dich identifizieren. Einige Inhalte gelangen dagegen direkt von Diensten Dritter auf dein Gerät, die wie jede Website deine IP-Adresse sehen: Poster- und Coverbilder (TMDB), die gewählte Untertiteldatei (SubDL), Trailer (YouTube, Google) und ein öffentlicher TV-Guide für Sportereignisse (GitHub, globetvapp.com). Der TV-Guide deiner Sender wird aus den Quellen geladen, die du eingerichtet hast.

14. Downloads

Filme und Folgen, die du zum Offline-Ansehen herunterlädst, werden nur im Speicher der App auf deinem Telefon gespeichert und gelöscht, wenn du sie entfernst oder die App deinstallierst. Sie laufen nicht über unsere Server.

15. Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken

  • Absturzberichte (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): Wenn sich die App wegen eines Fehlers schließt, senden wir einen anonymen technischen Bericht (Art des Fehlers, Gerät, Version), damit wir ihn beheben können. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse.
  • Anonyme Nutzungsstatistiken (Firebase Analytics, Google): nur wenn du sie einschaltest, mit dem Schalter unten. Sie helfen uns zu verstehen, welche Funktionen wir verbessern sollten. Sie sind ausgeschaltet, solange du nichts anderes wählst, und du kannst deine Entscheidung jederzeit in den Einstellungen ändern.

16. Dienstleister

Wir setzen Dienstleister ein, die Daten in unserem Auftrag und mit angemessenen Garantien bearbeiten: Netcup (Server, Deutschland, EU), Cloudflare (Netzwerk und Schutz), Google Firebase (Abstürze und optionale Statistiken), Resend (Service-E-Mails). Übermittlungen außerhalb der Schweiz und der EU erfolgen mit den vorgeschriebenen Garantien (EU-US Data Privacy Framework und Standardvertragsklauseln).

17. Aufbewahrung

Kontodaten werden aufbewahrt, solange das Konto aktiv ist, und innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Schließung gelöscht; technische Protokolle höchstens 90 Tage; das Einwilligungsprotokoll so lange, wie es zum Nachweis der erteilten Einwilligung erforderlich ist.

18. Deine Rechte

Du kannst Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Übertragbarkeit deiner Daten verlangen, der Bearbeitung widersprechen und deine Einwilligung zu den Statistiken jederzeit widerrufen, ohne dass dies die Funktion der App beeinträchtigt. Schreib an [email protected], auch um eine Kopie dieser Dokumente zu erhalten. Du kannst dich an den Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) oder an die Aufsichtsbehörde deines Landes in der Europäischen Union wenden.

13. Servicios que pasan por nuestro servidor

La información sobre películas y series (TMDB), la búsqueda de subtítulos (SubDL) y los resultados deportivos se solicitan a través de nuestro servidor: solo enviamos lo que necesita la búsqueda, es decir, el título, el idioma o el identificador de la película, nunca datos que te identifiquen. En cambio, algunos contenidos llegan directamente a tu dispositivo desde servicios de terceros que, como cualquier sitio web, ven tu dirección IP: las imágenes de pósteres y portadas (TMDB), el archivo de subtítulos elegido (SubDL), los tráileres (YouTube, Google) y una guía de TV pública de eventos deportivos (GitHub, globetvapp.com). La guía de TV de tus canales se descarga de las fuentes que has configurado.

14. Descargas

Las películas y los episodios que descargas para ver sin conexión se guardan solo en la memoria de la app en tu teléfono y se eliminan cuando los borras o desinstalas la app. No pasan por nuestros servidores.

15. Informes de fallos y estadísticas de uso

  • Informes de fallos (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): si la app se cierra por un error, enviamos un informe técnico anónimo (tipo de error, dispositivo, versión) para poder corregirlo. Base jurídica: interés legítimo.
  • Estadísticas de uso anónimas (Firebase Analytics, Google): solo si las activas con el interruptor de abajo. Nos ayudan a entender qué funciones mejorar. Están desactivadas salvo que elijas lo contrario, y puedes cambiar de opinión en cualquier momento en los ajustes.

16. Proveedores

Utilizamos proveedores que tratan los datos por cuenta nuestra con las garantías adecuadas: Netcup (servidores, Alemania, UE), Cloudflare (red y protección), Google Firebase (fallos y estadísticas opcionales), Resend (correos electrónicos del servicio). Las transferencias fuera de Suiza y de la UE se realizan con las garantías exigidas (EU-US Data Privacy Framework y cláusulas contractuales tipo).

17. Conservación

Los datos de la cuenta se conservan mientras esta esté activa y se eliminan en un plazo de 30 días desde su cierre; los registros técnicos, durante un máximo de 90 días; el registro de consentimientos, durante el tiempo necesario para demostrar el consentimiento otorgado.

18. Tus derechos

Puedes solicitar el acceso, la rectificación, la supresión, la limitación del tratamiento y la portabilidad de tus datos, oponerte al tratamiento y retirar en cualquier momento tu consentimiento a las estadísticas, sin que ello afecte al funcionamiento de la app. Escribe a [email protected], también para recibir una copia de estos documentos. Puedes dirigirte al Comisionado Federal de Protección de Datos e Información de Suiza (FDPIC) o a la autoridad de control de tu país en la Unión Europea.

13. Services qui passent par notre serveur

Les informations sur les films et séries (TMDB), la recherche de sous-titres (SubDL) et les résultats sportifs sont demandés par l’intermédiaire de notre serveur : nous n’envoyons que ce dont la recherche a besoin, c’est-à-dire le titre, la langue ou l’identifiant du film, jamais de données qui vous identifient. Certains contenus parviennent en revanche directement à votre appareil depuis des services tiers qui, comme tout site web, voient votre adresse IP : les images des affiches et jaquettes (TMDB), le fichier de sous-titres choisi (SubDL), les bandes-annonces (YouTube, Google) et un guide TV public des événements sportifs (GitHub, globetvapp.com). Le guide TV de vos chaînes est téléchargé depuis les sources que vous avez configurées.

14. Téléchargements

Les films et épisodes que vous téléchargez pour les regarder hors ligne sont enregistrés uniquement dans la mémoire de l’application sur votre téléphone et sont supprimés lorsque vous les effacez ou désinstallez l’application. Ils ne transitent pas par nos serveurs.

15. Rapports de plantage et statistiques d’utilisation

  • Rapports de plantage (Firebase Crashlytics, Google) : si l’application se ferme à cause d’une erreur, nous envoyons un rapport technique anonyme (type d’erreur, appareil, version) afin de pouvoir la corriger. Base juridique : intérêt légitime.
  • Statistiques d’utilisation anonymes (Firebase Analytics, Google) : uniquement si vous les activez avec l’interrupteur ci-dessous. Elles nous aident à comprendre quelles fonctions améliorer. Elles sont désactivées sauf choix contraire de votre part, et vous pouvez changer d’avis à tout moment dans les paramètres.

16. Prestataires

Nous faisons appel à des prestataires qui traitent les données pour notre compte avec des garanties appropriées : Netcup (serveurs, Allemagne, UE), Cloudflare (réseau et protection), Google Firebase (plantages et statistiques facultatives), Resend (e-mails de service). Les transferts hors de Suisse et de l’UE s’effectuent avec les garanties requises (EU-US Data Privacy Framework et clauses contractuelles types).

17. Conservation

Les données du compte sont conservées tant que celui-ci est actif et supprimées dans les 30 jours suivant sa clôture ; les journaux techniques pendant 90 jours au maximum ; le registre des consentements aussi longtemps que nécessaire pour prouver le consentement donné.

18. Vos droits

Vous pouvez demander l’accès à vos données, leur rectification, leur effacement, la limitation de leur traitement et leur portabilité, vous opposer au traitement et retirer à tout moment votre consentement aux statistiques, sans aucune incidence sur le fonctionnement de l’application. Écrivez à [email protected], y compris pour recevoir une copie de ces documents. 11. O que fica somente no seu dispositivo

Não enviamos aos nossos servidores: as suas playlists e as credenciais dos serviços de terceiros, os canais e programas que você assiste, o seu histórico, favoritos e PIN, nem os filmes e episódios que você baixa. Esses dados ficam na memória do seu dispositivo e são apagados quando você desinstala o app.

12. O que tratamos e por quê

  • Identificador do dispositivo: um código anônimo gerado pelo app (não é o endereço MAC), usado para gerenciar a sua licença e os seus dispositivos. Base legal: execução do contrato.
  • Dados técnicos: modelo do dispositivo, sistema operacional e versão do app, para suporte e compatibilidade. Base legal: interesse legítimo.
  • Conta (somente se você criar uma): endereço de e-mail e senha, armazenada de forma criptografada. Base legal: execução do contrato.
  • Registro de consentimentos: o identificador do dispositivo, as versões deste documento que você aceita, a sua escolha sobre as estatísticas, a versão do app, o idioma e a data. Ele nos permite comprovar o seu consentimento, como exige a lei. Não registramos o seu endereço IP nesse registro.
  • Segurança: o seu endereço IP é tratado temporariamente para proteger o serviço contra abusos. Base legal: interesse legítimo.

13. Serviços que passam pelo nosso servidor

As informações sobre filmes e séries (TMDB), a busca de legendas (SubDL) e os resultados esportivos são solicitados por meio do nosso servidor: enviamos apenas o que a busca precisa, ou seja, o título, o idioma ou o identificador do filme, nunca dados que identifiquem você. Alguns conteúdos, porém, chegam diretamente ao seu dispositivo a partir de serviços de terceiros que, como qualquer site, veem o seu endereço IP: as imagens de pôsteres e capas (TMDB), o arquivo de legenda escolhido (SubDL), os trailers (YouTube, Google) e um guia de TV público de eventos esportivos (GitHub, globetvapp.com). O guia de TV dos seus canais é baixado das fontes que você configurou.

14. Downloads

Os filmes e episódios que você baixa para assistir offline são salvos apenas na memória do app no seu celular e são apagados quando você os remove ou desinstala o app. Eles não passam pelos nossos servidores.

15. Relatórios de falhas e estatísticas de uso

  • Relatórios de falhas (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): se o app fechar por causa de um erro, enviamos um relatório técnico anônimo (tipo de erro, dispositivo, versão) para podermos corrigi-lo. Base legal: interesse legítimo.
  • Estatísticas de uso anônimas (Firebase Analytics, Google): somente se você as ativar com a chave abaixo. Elas nos ajudam a entender quais recursos melhorar. Ficam desativadas, a menos que você escolha o contrário, e você pode mudar de ideia a qualquer momento nas configurações.

16. Fornecedores

Usamos fornecedores que tratam dados em nosso nome com as garantias adequadas: Netcup (servidores, Alemanha, UE), Cloudflare (rede e proteção), Google Firebase (falhas e estatísticas opcionais), Resend (e-mails do serviço). As transferências para fora da Suíça e da UE ocorrem com as garantias exigidas (EU-US Data Privacy Framework e cláusulas contratuais padrão).

17. Retenção

Os dados da conta são mantidos enquanto ela estiver ativa e excluídos em até 30 dias após o encerramento; os registros técnicos por no máximo 90 dias; o registro de consentimentos pelo tempo necessário para comprovar o consentimento dado.

18. Seus direitos

13. Sunucumuz üzerinden geçen hizmetler

Film ve dizi bilgileri (TMDB), altyazı aramaları (SubDL) ve spor sonuçları sunucumuz üzerinden istenir: yalnızca aramanın ihtiyaç duyduğunu, yani başlığı, dili veya filmin kimliğini göndeririz; sizi tanımlayan verileri asla göndermeyiz. Bazı içerikler ise, her web sitesi gibi IP adresinizi gören üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden doğrudan cihazınıza gelir: afiş ve kapak görselleri (TMDB), seçtiğiniz altyazı dosyası (SubDL), fragmanlar (YouTube, Google) ve spor etkinliklerinin herkese açık TV rehberi (GitHub, globetvapp.com). 14. İndirmeler

Çevrimdışı izlemek için indirdiğiniz filmler ve bölümler yalnızca telefonunuzdaki uygulama belleğine kaydedilir ve onları sildiğinizde ya da uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir. Sunucularımızdan geçmezler.

15. Çökme raporları ve kullanım istatistikleri

  • Çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): uygulama bir hata nedeniyle kapanırsa, düzeltebilmemiz için anonim bir teknik rapor (hata türü, cihaz, sürüm) göndeririz. Hukuki dayanak: meşru menfaat.

16. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Verileri bizim adımıza uygun güvencelerle işleyen hizmet sağlayıcılar kullanıyoruz: Netcup (sunucular, Almanya, AB), Cloudflare (ağ ve koruma), Google Firebase (çökmeler ve isteğe bağlı istatistikler), Resend (hizmet e-postaları). İsviçre ve AB dışına aktarımlar gerekli güvencelerle (EU-US Data Privacy Framework ve standart sözleşme hükümleri) gerçekleştirilir.

17. Saklama

Hesap verileri hesap etkin olduğu sürece saklanır ve hesabın kapatılmasından itibaren 30 gün içinde silinir; teknik kayıtlar en fazla 90 gün; onay kaydı ise verilen onayı kanıtlamak için gerektiği sürece saklanır.

18. Haklarınız

10. Wie we zijn

Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke is BurgTV, eenmanszaak van Musa Bushi, Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano, Zwitserland · [email protected]. We verwerken gegevens in overeenstemming met de Zwitserse federale wet inzake gegevensbescherming en de Europese Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

11. Wat alleen op je apparaat blijft

We sturen niet naar onze servers: je afspeellijsten en de inloggegevens van diensten van derden, de zenders en programma’s die je bekijkt, je geschiedenis, favorieten en pincode, en de films en afleveringen die je downloadt. 12. Wat we verwerken en waarom

  • Apparaat-ID: een anonieme code die door de app wordt gegenereerd (niet het MAC-adres), om je licentie en apparaten te beheren. Rechtsgrond: uitvoering van de overeenkomst.
  • Technische gegevens: apparaatmodel, besturingssysteem en app-versie, voor ondersteuning en compatibiliteit. Rechtsgrond: gerechtvaardigd belang.
  • Account (alleen als je er een aanmaakt): e-mailadres en wachtwoord, versleuteld opgeslagen. Rechtsgrond: uitvoering van de overeenkomst.
  • Toestemmingsregister: de apparaat-ID, de versies van dit document die je accepteert, je keuze over de statistieken, de app-versie, de taal en de datum. Hiermee kunnen we je toestemming aantonen, zoals de wet vereist. We leggen je IP-adres niet vast in dit register.
  • Beveiliging: je IP-adres wordt tijdelijk verwerkt om de dienst tegen misbruik te beschermen. Rechtsgrond: gerechtvaardigd belang.

13. Diensten die via onze server lopen

Informatie over films en series (TMDB), het zoeken naar ondertitels (SubDL) en sportuitslagen worden via onze server opgevraagd: we sturen alleen wat de zoekopdracht nodig heeft, namelijk de titel, de taal of de identificatiecode van de film, nooit gegevens die jou identificeren. Sommige inhoud komt daarentegen rechtstreeks op je apparaat van diensten van derden die, zoals elke website, je IP-adres zien: afbeeldingen van posters en hoezen (TMDB), het gekozen ondertitelbestand (SubDL), trailers (YouTube, Google) en een openbare tv-gids met sportevenementen (GitHub, globetvapp.com). De tv-gids van je zenders wordt gedownload uit de bronnen die je hebt ingesteld.

14. Downloads

Films en afleveringen die je downloadt om offline te kijken, worden alleen in het geheugen van de app op je telefoon opgeslagen en worden verwijderd wanneer je ze wist of de app verwijdert. Ze gaan niet via onze servers.

15. Crashrapporten en gebruiksstatistieken

  • Crashrapporten (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): als de app door een fout wordt afgesloten, sturen we een anoniem technisch rapport (type fout, apparaat, versie) zodat we de fout kunnen verhelpen. Rechtsgrond: gerechtvaardigd belang.
  • Anonieme gebruiksstatistieken (Firebase Analytics, Google): alleen als je ze inschakelt met de schakelaar hieronder. Ze helpen ons te begrijpen welke functies we moeten verbeteren. Ze staan uit tenzij je anders kiest, en je kunt op elk moment van gedachten veranderen in de instellingen.

16. Dienstverleners

We maken gebruik van dienstverleners die gegevens namens ons verwerken met passende waarborgen: Netcup (servers, Duitsland, EU), Cloudflare (netwerk en bescherming), Google Firebase (crashes en optionele statistieken), Resend (service-e-mails). Doorgiften buiten Zwitserland en de EU vinden plaats met de vereiste waarborgen (EU-US Data Privacy Framework en modelcontractbepalingen).

17. Bewaring

Accountgegevens worden bewaard zolang het account actief is en binnen 30 dagen na opheffing verwijderd; technische logs maximaal 90 dagen; het toestemmingsregister zolang nodig is om de gegeven toestemming aan te tonen.

18. Jouw rechten

Je kunt inzage, rectificatie, wissing, beperking en overdraagbaarheid van je gegevens vragen, bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking en je toestemming voor de statistieken op elk moment intrekken, zonder gevolgen voor de werking van de app. Schrijf naar [email protected], ook om een kopie van deze documenten te ontvangen. Je kunt je wenden tot de Zwitserse federale toezichthouder voor gegevensbescherming en openbaarheid (FDPIC) of tot de toezichthoudende autoriteit van je land in de Europese Unie.

13. Usługi przechodzące przez nasz serwer

Informacje o filmach i serialach (TMDB), wyszukiwanie napisów (SubDL) i wyniki sportowe są pobierane za pośrednictwem naszego serwera: wysyłamy tylko to, czego potrzebuje wyszukiwanie, czyli tytuł, język lub identyfikator filmu, nigdy danych, które cię identyfikują. Niektóre treści trafiają natomiast na twoje urządzenie bezpośrednio z usług podmiotów trzecich, które, jak każda strona internetowa, widzą twój adres IP: obrazy plakatów i okładek (TMDB), wybrany plik napisów (SubDL), zwiastuny (YouTube, Google) oraz publiczny przewodnik telewizyjny wydarzeń sportowych (GitHub, globetvapp.com). Przewodnik telewizyjny twoich kanałów jest pobierany ze źródeł, które skonfigurowałeś.

14. Pobrane materiały

Filmy i odcinki pobrane do oglądania offline są zapisywane wyłącznie w pamięci aplikacji na Twoim telefonie i są usuwane, gdy je skasujesz lub odinstalujesz aplikację. Nie przechodzą przez nasze serwery.

15. Raporty o awariach i statystyki użytkowania

  • Raporty o awariach (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): jeśli aplikacja zamknie się z powodu błędu, wysyłamy anonimowy raport techniczny (rodzaj błędu, urządzenie, wersja), abyśmy mogli go naprawić. Podstawa prawna: prawnie uzasadniony interes.

18. Twoje prawa

13. Сервисы, работающие через наш сервер

Информация о фильмах и сериалах (TMDB), поиск субтитров (SubDL) и спортивные результаты запрашиваются через наш сервер: мы отправляем только то, что нужно для поиска, то есть название, язык или идентификатор фильма, и никогда не отправляем данные, по которым можно вас идентифицировать. Однако часть содержимого поступает на ваше устройство напрямую от сторонних сервисов, которые, как любой сайт, видят ваш IP-адрес: изображения постеров и обложек (TMDB), выбранный файл субтитров (SubDL), трейлеры (YouTube, Google) и общедоступная телепрограмма спортивных событий (GitHub, globetvapp.com). Телепрограмма ваших каналов загружается из источников, которые вы настроили.

14. Загрузки

Фильмы и серии, которые вы загружаете для просмотра офлайн, сохраняются только в памяти приложения на вашем телефоне и удаляются, когда вы их стираете или удаляете приложение. Они не проходят через наши серверы.

15. Отчёты о сбоях и статистика использования

  • Отчёты о сбоях (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): если приложение закрывается из-за ошибки, мы отправляем анонимный технический отчёт (тип ошибки, устройство, версия), чтобы её исправить. Правовое основание: законный интерес.
  • Анонимная статистика использования (Firebase Analytics, Google): только если вы её включите переключателем ниже. Она помогает нам понять, какие функции улучшать. Она выключена, если вы не решите иначе, и вы можете в любой момент передумать в настройках.

16. Поставщики услуг

Мы пользуемся услугами поставщиков, которые обрабатывают данные от нашего имени при надлежащих гарантиях: Netcup (серверы, Германия, ЕС), Cloudflare (сеть и защита), Google Firebase (сбои и необязательная статистика), Resend (служебные письма). Передача данных за пределы Швейцарии и ЕС осуществляется с предусмотренными гарантиями (EU-US Data Privacy Framework и стандартные договорные положения).

17. Хранение

Данные учётной записи хранятся, пока она активна, и удаляются в течение 30 дней после её закрытия; технические журналы — не более 90 дней; журнал согласий — столько, сколько необходимо для подтверждения данного согласия.

18. Ваши права

Вы можете запросить доступ к своим данным, их исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки и переносимость, возразить против обработки, а также в любой момент отозвать согласие на сбор статистики — это никак не повлияет на работу приложения. Пишите на [email protected], в том числе чтобы получить копию этих документов. Вы можете обратиться к Федеральному уполномоченному Швейцарии по защите данных и информации (FDPIC) или в надзорный орган своей страны в Европейском союзе.

Этот документ кратко излагает основные положения. Полный текст Условий использования и Политики конфиденциальности, являющийся частью того же соглашения, доступен в приложении и на сайте burgtv.com. Приложение использует программное обеспечение с открытым исходным кодом, в том числе VLC (лицензия LGPL). Этот продукт использует API TMDB, но не одобрен и не сертифицирован TMDB.

10. من نحن

المسؤول عن معالجة البيانات هو BurgTV، مؤسسة فردية مملوكة لـ Musa Bushi، Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano، سويسرا · [email protected]. نعالج البيانات وفقًا للقانون الاتحادي السويسري لحماية البيانات (FADP) واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) الصادرة عن الاتحاد الأوروبي.

11. ما يبقى على جهازك فقط

لا نرسل إلى خوادمنا: قوائم التشغيل الخاصة بك وبيانات اعتماد خدمات الأطراف الثالثة، والقنوات والبرامج التي تشاهدها، وسجل المشاهدة، والمفضلة ورمز PIN، والأفلام والحلقات التي تنزّلها. تبقى هذه البيانات في ذاكرة جهازك وتُحذف عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.

12. ما نعالجه ولماذا

  • معرّف الجهاز: رمز مجهول الهوية يُنشئه التطبيق (وليس عنوان MAC)، ويُستخدم لإدارة ترخيصك وأجهزتك. الأساس القانوني: تنفيذ العقد.
  • البيانات التقنية: طراز الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق، لأغراض الدعم والتوافق. الأساس القانوني: المصلحة المشروعة.
  • الحساب (فقط إذا أنشأت حسابًا): عنوان البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، المخزّنة بشكل مشفّر. الأساس القانوني: تنفيذ العقد.
  • سجل الموافقات: معرّف الجهاز، وإصدارات هذه الوثيقة التي تقبلها، واختيارك بشأن الإحصاءات، وإصدار التطبيق، واللغة، والتاريخ. يتيح لنا إثبات موافقتك كما يقتضي القانون. لا نسجّل عنوان IP الخاص بك في هذا السجل.
  • الأمان: يُعالَج عنوان IP الخاص بك مؤقتًا لحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام. الأساس القانوني: المصلحة المشروعة.

13. الخدمات التي تمر عبر خادمنا

تُطلب معلومات الأفلام والمسلسلات (TMDB) والبحث عن الترجمات (SubDL) والنتائج الرياضية عبر خادمنا: لا نرسل إلا ما يلزم للبحث، أي العنوان أو اللغة أو معرّف الفيلم، ولا نرسل أبدًا بيانات تحدد هويتك. غير أن بعض المحتوى يصل إلى جهازك مباشرةً من خدمات تابعة لجهات خارجية ترى، مثل أي موقع إلكتروني، عنوان IP الخاص بك: صور الملصقات والأغلفة (TMDB)، وملف الترجمة الذي تختاره (SubDL)، والإعلانات التشويقية (YouTube، Google)، ودليل تلفزيوني عام للأحداث الرياضية (GitHub, globetvapp.com). يُنزَّل دليل البرامج التلفزيونية لقنواتك من المصادر التي أعددتها.

14. التنزيلات

تُحفظ الأفلام والحلقات التي تنزّلها لمشاهدتها دون اتصال في ذاكرة التطبيق على هاتفك فقط، وتُحذف عندما تزيلها أو تلغي تثبيت التطبيق. ولا تمر عبر خوادمنا.

15. تقارير الأعطال وإحصاءات الاستخدام

  • تقارير الأعطال (Firebase Crashlytics، Google): إذا أُغلق التطبيق بسبب خطأ، نرسل تقريرًا تقنيًا مجهول الهوية (نوع الخطأ، والجهاز، والإصدار) حتى نتمكن من إصلاحه. الأساس القانوني: المصلحة المشروعة.
  • إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة (Firebase Analytics، Google): فقط إذا فعّلتها باستخدام المفتاح أدناه. تساعدنا على فهم الميزات التي ينبغي تحسينها. تكون متوقفة ما لم تختر خلاف ذلك، ويمكنك تغيير رأيك في أي وقت من الإعدادات.

16. مقدمو الخدمات

نستعين بمقدمي خدمات يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا مع ضمانات مناسبة: Netcup (خوادم، ألمانيا، الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وCloudflare (الشبكة والحماية)، وGoogle Firebase (الأعطال والإحصاءات الاختيارية)، وResend (رسائل البريد الإلكتروني الخاصة بالخدمة). تتم عمليات النقل خارج سويسرا والاتحاد الأوروبي بالضمانات المطلوبة (EU-US Data Privacy Framework والبنود التعاقدية القياسية).

17. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُحفظ بيانات الحساب ما دام الحساب نشطًا وتُحذف خلال 30 يومًا من إغلاقه؛ والسجلات التقنية لمدة لا تزيد على 90 يومًا؛ وسجل الموافقات للمدة اللازمة لإثبات الموافقة المقدَّمة.

18. حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها ومحوها وتقييد معالجتها ونقلها، والاعتراض على المعالجة، وسحب موافقتك على الإحصاءات في أي وقت، دون أي تأثير على عمل التطبيق. راسلنا على [email protected]، وكذلك للحصول على نسخة من هذه الوثائق. يمكنك التوجه إلى المفوض الاتحادي السويسري لحماية البيانات والمعلومات (FDPIC) أو إلى السلطة الرقابية في بلدك داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي.
