Cancellazione Account e Dati

In conformita' al Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati (GDPR) e alla Legge federale svizzera sulla protezione dei dati (nLPD/nDSG), hai il diritto di richiedere la cancellazione del tuo account BurgTV e/o dei tuoi dati personali in qualsiasi momento.
1. Cancellare l'intero account
Per richiedere la cancellazione completa del tuo account e di tutti i dati associati, invia un'email a [email protected] con oggetto "Richiesta cancellazione account" includendo:
- L'indirizzo email associato al tuo account BurgTV
- Conferma esplicita della richiesta di cancellazione
Dati che verranno cancellati:
- Account (email, password, ID dispositivo)
- Licenze e abbonamenti attivi
- Log tecnici associati
- Dati di pagamento (Stripe non conserva dati carta lato BurgTV)
Tempo di elaborazione: la cancellazione avverra' entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione della richiesta.
2. Cancellare solo alcuni dati (senza cancellare l'account)
Se desideri cancellare solo parte dei tuoi dati mantenendo attivo l'account, puoi:
- Inviare un'email a [email protected] specificando quali dati desideri rimuovere
- Accedere al portale app.burgtv.com e gestire le impostazioni del tuo account

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you have the right to request deletion of your BurgTV account and/or your personal data at any time.
1. Delete entire account
To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to [email protected] with subject "Account deletion request" including:
- The email address associated with your BurgTV account
- Explicit confirmation of the deletion request
Data that will be deleted:
- Account (email, password, device ID)
- Active licenses and subscriptions
- Technical logs associated
- Payment data (Stripe does not retain card data on BurgTV side)
Processing time: deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving the request.

Um die vollstaendige Loeschung deines Kontos und aller zugehoerigen Daten zu beantragen, sende eine E-Mail an [email protected].
