10. Chi siamo

Titolare del trattamento è BurgTV, ditta individuale di Musa Bushi, Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano, Svizzera · [email protected]. Trattiamo i dati secondo la legge svizzera sulla protezione dei dati (nLPD) e il Regolamento europeo (GDPR).

11. Cosa resta solo sul tuo dispositivo

Non inviamo ai nostri server: le tue playlist e le credenziali dei servizi di terzi, i canali e i programmi che guardi, la cronologia, i preferiti, il PIN del controllo genitori e i contenuti che scarichi. Questi dati restano sul dispositivo e si cancellano disinstallando l’app; solo il PIN e l’identificativo anonimo descritto sotto vengono conservati da iOS nel Portachiavi.

12. Cosa trattiamo e perché

  • Identificativo del dispositivo: un codice anonimo generato dall’app (non è collegato al tuo ID Apple), per gestire il periodo di prova, la licenza e i dispositivi. Base: esecuzione del contratto.
  • Dati tecnici: modello del dispositivo, sistema operativo, versione dell’app, per supporto e compatibilità. Base: interesse legittimo.
  • Acquisti: per attivare Premium l’app invia al nostro server i dati dell’acquisto sull’App Store (prodotto, data e identificativo della transazione) insieme all’identificativo del dispositivo. Non riceviamo mai il tuo nome, il tuo ID Apple né i tuoi dati di pagamento. Base: esecuzione del contratto.
  • Registro dei consensi: l’identificativo del dispositivo, le versioni di questo documento che accetti, la versione dell’app, la lingua e la data. Serve a dimostrare il consenso, come richiede la legge. Non registriamo il tuo indirizzo IP in questo registro.
  • Sicurezza: l’indirizzo IP è trattato temporaneamente per proteggere il servizio da abusi. Base: interesse legittimo.

13. Servizi che passano dal nostro server

Le informazioni su film e serie (TMDB) e i risultati sportivi vengono richiesti tramite il nostro server: inviamo solo quello che serve alla ricerca, cioè titolo, lingua o identificativo del film, mai dati che ti identificano. Alcuni contenuti arrivano invece direttamente al tuo dispositivo da servizi di terzi che, come qualsiasi sito, vedono il tuo indirizzo IP: le immagini di poster e copertine (TMDB), i trailer (YouTube, Google) e una guida TV pubblica degli eventi sportivi (GitHub, globetvapp.com). La guida TV dei tuoi canali viene scaricata dalle fonti che hai configurato.

14. Rapporti sui crash e statistiche

L’app non contiene librerie di pubblicità, di statistiche o di rapporti sui crash e non ti traccia su altre app o siti. Se nelle impostazioni di iOS hai permesso la condivisione con gli sviluppatori, Apple può inviarci rapporti anonimi sui crash e dati d’uso secondo la propria informativa; puoi cambiarlo in ogni momento in Impostazioni › Privacy e sicurezza › Analisi e miglioramenti.

15. Fornitori

Usiamo fornitori che trattano i dati per nostro conto con garanzie adeguate: Netcup (server, Germania, UE), Cloudflare (rete e protezione) e Apple (acquisti sull’App Store). I trasferimenti fuori dalla Svizzera e dall’UE avvengono con le garanzie previste (EU-US Data Privacy Framework e clausole contrattuali standard).

16. Conservazione

I registri tecnici al massimo 90 giorni; i dati di acquisto e di licenza finché la licenza è attiva e per il tempo richiesto dalla legge; il registro dei consensi per il tempo necessario a dimostrare il consenso dato.

17. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità dei dati e opporti al trattamento, senza conseguenze sul funzionamento dell’app. Scrivi a [email protected], anche per ricevere una copia di questi documenti. Puoi rivolgerti all’Incaricato federale della protezione dei dati (IFPDT) in Svizzera o all’autorità di controllo del tuo paese nell’Unione europea.

BurgTV is a media player. Before you use it, please read this document to the end: it sums up the essential rules of the service and how we handle your data. The full text of the Terms and of the Privacy Policy is part of the same agreement and is available in the app (“Read the full text”) and at burgtv.com.

Part 2 · Privacy

10. Who we are

The controller is BurgTV, sole proprietorship of Musa Bushi, Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland · [email protected]. We process data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. What stays on your device only

We do not send to our servers: your playlists and the credentials of third-party services, the channels and programmes you watch, your history, favourites and parental-control PIN, and the content you download. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app; only the PIN and the anonymous identifier described below are kept by iOS in the Keychain.

12. What we process and why

  • Device identifier: an anonymous code generated by the app (not linked to your Apple ID), used to manage the trial period, your licence and your devices. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Technical data: device model, operating system and app version, for support and compatibility. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Purchases: to activate Premium, the app sends our server the App Store purchase data (product, date and transaction identifier) together with the device identifier. We never receive your name, your Apple ID or your payment details. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Consent record: the device identifier, the versions of this document you accept, the app version, the language and the date. It lets us demonstrate your consent, as the law requires. We do not record your IP address in this record.
  • Security: your IP address is processed temporarily to protect the service from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

13. Services that go through our server

Film and series information (TMDB) and sports results are requested through our server: we send only what the search needs, that is the title, the language or the film’s identifier, never data that identifies you. Some content, however, reaches your device directly from third-party services which, like any website, see your IP address: poster and cover images (TMDB), trailers (YouTube, Google) and a public TV guide of sports events (GitHub, globetvapp.com). The TV guide of your channels is downloaded from the sources you have configured.

14. Crash reports and statistics

The app contains no advertising, statistics or crash-reporting libraries and does not track you across other apps or websites. If you have allowed sharing with app developers in the iOS settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage data under its own privacy policy; you can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

15. Providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf with appropriate safeguards: Netcup (servers, Germany, EU), Cloudflare (network and protection) and Apple (App Store purchases). Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU take place with the required safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

16. Retention

Technical logs are kept for no more than 90 days; purchase and licence data for as long as the licence is active and as long as the law requires; the consent record for as long as needed to demonstrate the consent given.

17. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing, without any effect on how the app works. Write to [email protected], also to receive a copy of these documents. You can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority of your country in the European Union.

10. Wer wir sind

Verantwortlich ist BurgTV, Einzelunternehmen von Musa Bushi, Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano, Schweiz · [email protected]. Wir bearbeiten Daten gemäß dem Schweizer Bundesgesetz über den Datenschutz (DSG) und der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung der EU (DSGVO).

11. Was nur auf deinem Gerät bleibt

Folgendes senden wir nicht an unsere Server: deine Playlists und die Zugangsdaten der Dienste Dritter, die Kanäle und Sendungen, die du ansiehst, deinen Verlauf, deine Favoriten, die PIN der Kindersicherung und die Inhalte, die du herunterlädst. Diese Daten bleiben auf deinem Gerät und werden gelöscht, wenn du die App deinstallierst; nur die PIN und die unten beschriebene anonyme Kennung werden von iOS im Schlüsselbund aufbewahrt.

12. Was wir bearbeiten und warum

  • Gerätekennung: ein anonymer, von der App erzeugter Code (nicht mit deiner Apple-ID verknüpft), um den Testzeitraum, deine Lizenz und deine Geräte zu verwalten. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung.
  • Technische Daten: Gerätemodell, Betriebssystem und App-Version, für Support und Kompatibilität. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse.
  • Käufe: Um Premium zu aktivieren, sendet die App die Daten des Kaufs im App Store (Produkt, Datum und Transaktionskennung) zusammen mit der Gerätekennung an unseren Server. Wir erhalten niemals deinen Namen, deine Apple-ID oder deine Zahlungsdaten. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung.
  • Einwilligungsprotokoll: die Gerätekennung, die Versionen dieses Dokuments, die du akzeptierst, die App-Version, die Sprache und das Datum. Damit können wir deine Einwilligung nachweisen, wie es das Gesetz verlangt. Deine IP-Adresse wird in diesem Protokoll nicht gespeichert.
  • Sicherheit: Deine IP-Adresse wird vorübergehend bearbeitet, um den Dienst vor Missbrauch zu schützen. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse.

13. Dienste, die über unseren Server laufen

Informationen zu Filmen und Serien (TMDB) und Sportergebnisse werden über unseren Server abgefragt: Wir senden nur, was für die Suche nötig ist, also Titel, Sprache oder die Kennung des Films, niemals Daten, die dich identifizieren. Einige Inhalte gelangen dagegen direkt von Diensten Dritter auf dein Gerät, die wie jede Website deine IP-Adresse sehen: Poster- und Coverbilder (TMDB), Trailer (YouTube, Google) und ein öffentlicher TV-Guide für Sportereignisse (GitHub, globetvapp.com). Der TV-Guide deiner Sender wird aus den Quellen geladen, die du eingerichtet hast.

14. Absturzberichte und Statistiken

Die App enthält keine Bibliotheken für Werbung, Statistiken oder Absturzberichte und verfolgt dich nicht über andere Apps oder Websites hinweg. Wenn du in den iOS-Einstellungen das Teilen mit App-Entwicklern erlaubt hast, kann Apple uns gemäß seiner eigenen Datenschutzrichtlinie anonyme Absturzberichte und Nutzungsdaten senden; du kannst dies jederzeit unter Einstellungen › Datenschutz & Sicherheit › Analyse & Verbesserungen ändern.

15. Dienstleister

Wir setzen Dienstleister ein, die Daten in unserem Auftrag und mit angemessenen Garantien bearbeiten: Netcup (Server, Deutschland, EU), Cloudflare (Netzwerk und Schutz) und Apple (Käufe im App Store). Übermittlungen außerhalb der Schweiz und der EU erfolgen mit den vorgeschriebenen Garantien (EU-US Data Privacy Framework und Standardvertragsklauseln).

16. Aufbewahrung

Technische Protokolle werden höchstens 90 Tage aufbewahrt; Kauf- und Lizenzdaten, solange die Lizenz aktiv ist und solange es das Gesetz verlangt; das Einwilligungsprotokoll so lange, wie es zum Nachweis der erteilten Einwilligung erforderlich ist.

17. Deine Rechte

Du kannst Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Übertragbarkeit deiner Daten verlangen und der Bearbeitung widersprechen, ohne dass dies die Funktion der App beeinträchtigt. Schreib an [email protected], auch um eine Kopie dieser Dokumente zu erhalten. Du kannst dich an den Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) oder an die Aufsichtsbehörde deines Landes in der Europäischen Union wenden.

11. Lo que se queda solo en tu dispositivo

No enviamos a nuestros servidores: tus listas de reproducción y las credenciales de los servicios de terceros, los canales y programas que ves, tu historial, tus favoritos, el PIN del control parental y los contenidos que descargas. Estos datos permanecen en tu dispositivo y se eliminan al desinstalar la app; solo el PIN y el identificador anónimo descrito a continuación los conserva iOS en el Llavero.

12. Qué tratamos y por qué

  • Identificador del dispositivo: un código anónimo generado por la app (no vinculado a tu ID de Apple), que se usa para gestionar el período de prueba, tu licencia y tus dispositivos. Base jurídica: ejecución del contrato.
  • Datos técnicos: modelo del dispositivo, sistema operativo y versión de la app, para el soporte y la compatibilidad. Base jurídica: interés legítimo.
  • Compras: para activar Premium, la app envía a nuestro servidor los datos de la compra en el App Store (producto, fecha e identificador de la transacción) junto con el identificador del dispositivo. Nunca recibimos tu nombre, tu ID de Apple ni tus datos de pago. Base jurídica: ejecución del contrato.
  • Registro de consentimientos: el identificador del dispositivo, las versiones de este documento que aceptas, la versión de la app, el idioma y la fecha. Nos permite demostrar tu consentimiento, como exige la ley. No registramos tu dirección IP en este registro.
  • Seguridad: tu dirección IP se trata de forma temporal para proteger el servicio frente a abusos. Base jurídica: interés legítimo.

13. Servicios que pasan por nuestro servidor

La información sobre películas y series (TMDB) y los resultados deportivos se solicitan a través de nuestro servidor: solo enviamos lo que necesita la búsqueda, es decir, el título, el idioma o el identificador de la película, nunca datos que te identifiquen. En cambio, algunos contenidos llegan directamente a tu dispositivo desde servicios de terceros que, como cualquier sitio web, ven tu dirección IP: las imágenes de pósteres y portadas (TMDB), los tráileres (YouTube, Google) y una guía de TV pública de eventos deportivos (GitHub, globetvapp.com). La guía de TV de tus canales se descarga de las fuentes que has configurado.

14. Informes de fallos y estadísticas

La app no contiene bibliotecas de publicidad, de estadísticas ni de informes de fallos y no te rastrea en otras apps o sitios web. Si en los ajustes de iOS has permitido compartir datos con los desarrolladores de apps, Apple puede enviarnos informes de fallos anónimos y datos de uso conforme a su propia política de privacidad; puedes cambiarlo en cualquier momento en Ajustes › Privacidad y seguridad › Análisis y mejoras.

15. Proveedores

Utilizamos proveedores que tratan los datos por cuenta nuestra con las garantías adecuadas: Netcup (servidores, Alemania, UE), Cloudflare (red y protección) y Apple (compras en el App Store). Las transferencias fuera de Suiza y de la UE se realizan con las garantías exigidas (EU-US Data Privacy Framework y cláusulas contractuales tipo).

16. Conservación

Los registros técnicos se conservan durante un máximo de 90 días; los datos de compra y de licencia, mientras la licencia esté activa y durante el tiempo que exija la ley; el registro de consentimientos, durante el tiempo necesario para demostrar el consentimiento otorgado.

17. Tus derechos

Nous ne recevons jamais votre nom, votre identifiant Apple ni vos données de paiement. Base juridique : exécution du contrat.
  • Registre des consentements : l’identifiant de l’appareil, les versions de ce document que vous acceptez, la version de l’application, la langue et la date. Il nous permet de prouver votre consentement, comme l’exige la loi. Nous n’enregistrons pas votre adresse IP dans ce registre.
  • Sécurité : votre adresse IP est traitée temporairement afin de protéger le service contre les abus. Base juridique : intérêt légitime.

13. Services qui passent par notre serveur

Les informations sur les films et séries (TMDB) et les résultats sportifs sont demandés par l’intermédiaire de notre serveur : nous n’envoyons que ce dont la recherche a besoin, c’est-à-dire le titre, la langue ou l’identifiant du film, jamais de données qui vous identifient. Certains contenus parviennent en revanche directement à votre appareil depuis des services tiers qui, comme tout site web, voient votre adresse IP : les images des affiches et jaquettes (TMDB), les bandes-annonces (YouTube, Google) et un guide TV public des événements sportifs (GitHub, globetvapp.com). Le guide TV de vos chaînes est téléchargé depuis les sources que vous avez configurées.

14. Rapports de plantage et statistiques

L’application ne contient aucune bibliothèque de publicité, de statistiques ou de rapports de plantage et ne vous suit pas dans d’autres applications ou sites web. Si vous avez autorisé le partage avec les développeurs dans les réglages d’iOS, Apple peut nous transmettre des rapports de plantage et des données d’utilisation anonymes conformément à sa propre politique de confidentialité ; vous pouvez modifier ce choix à tout moment dans Réglages › Confidentialité et sécurité › Analyse et améliorations.

15. Prestataires

Nous faisons appel à des prestataires qui traitent les données pour notre compte avec des garanties appropriées : Netcup (serveurs, Allemagne, UE), Cloudflare (réseau et protection) et Apple (achats sur l’App Store). Les transferts hors de Suisse et de l’UE s’effectuent avec les garanties requises (EU-US Data Privacy Framework et clauses contractuelles types).

16. Conservation

Les journaux techniques sont conservés pendant 90 jours au maximum ; les données d’achat et de licence tant que la licence est active et aussi longtemps que la loi l’exige ; le registre des consentements aussi longtemps que nécessaire pour prouver le consentement donné.

17. Vos droits

Vous pouvez demander l’accès à vos données, leur rectification, leur effacement, la limitation de leur traitement et leur portabilité, et vous opposer au traitement, sans aucune incidence sur le fonctionnement de l’application. 13. Serviços que passam pelo nosso servidor

As informações sobre filmes e séries (TMDB) e os resultados esportivos são solicitados por meio do nosso servidor: enviamos apenas o que a busca precisa, ou seja, o título, o idioma ou o identificador do filme, nunca dados que identifiquem você. Alguns conteúdos, porém, chegam diretamente ao seu dispositivo a partir de serviços de terceiros que, como qualquer site, veem o seu endereço IP: as imagens de pôsteres e capas (TMDB), os trailers (YouTube, Google) e um guia de TV público de eventos esportivos (GitHub, globetvapp.com). 14. Relatórios de falhas e estatísticas

O app não contém bibliotecas de publicidade, de estatísticas ou de relatórios de falhas e não rastreia você em outros apps ou sites. 10. Wie we zijn

13. Diensten die via onze server lopen

Informatie over films en series (TMDB) en sportuitslagen worden via onze server opgevraagd: we sturen alleen wat de zoekopdracht nodig heeft, namelijk de titel, de taal of de identificatiecode van de film, nooit gegevens die jou identificeren. Sommige inhoud komt daarentegen rechtstreeks op je apparaat van diensten van derden die, zoals elke website, je IP-adres zien: afbeeldingen van posters en hoezen (TMDB), trailers (YouTube, Google) en een openbare tv-gids met sportevenementen (GitHub, globetvapp.com). 14. Crashrapporten en statistieken

De app bevat geen bibliotheken voor advertenties, statistieken of crashrapporten en volgt je niet in andere apps of op andere websites. 15. Dienstverleners

We maken gebruik van dienstverleners die gegevens namens ons verwerken met passende waarborgen: Netcup (servers, Duitsland, EU), Cloudflare (netwerk en bescherming) en Apple (aankopen in de App Store). Doorgiften buiten Zwitserland en de EU vinden plaats met de vereiste waarborgen (EU-US Data Privacy Framework en modelcontractbepalingen).

16. Bewaring

13. Сервисы, работающие через наш сервер

Информация о фильмах и сериалах (TMDB) и спортивные результаты запрашиваются через наш сервер: мы отправляем только то, что нужно для поиска, то есть название, язык или идентификатор фильма, и никогда не отправляем данные, по которым можно вас идентифицировать. Этот документ кратко излагает основные положения. Полный текст Условий использования и Политики конфиденциальности, являющийся частью того же соглашения, доступен в приложении («Читать полный текст») и на сайте burgtv.com. Приложение использует программное обеспечение с открытым исходным кодом, в том числе VLC и FFmpeg, на условиях соответствующих лицензий. Этот продукт использует API TMDB, но не одобрен и не сертифицирован TMDB.

شروط الخدمة والخصوصية

BurgTV مشغّل وسائط. قبل استخدامه، يُرجى قراءة هذه الوثيقة حتى نهايتها: فهي تلخّص القواعد الأساسية للخدمة وكيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك. النص الكامل للشروط ولسياسة الخصوصية جزء من الاتفاقية نفسها، وهو متاح في التطبيق («اقرأ النص الكامل») وعلى burgtv.com.

10. من نحن

المسؤول عن معالجة البيانات هو BurgTV، مؤسسة فردية مملوكة لـ Musa Bushi، Via Rinaldo Simen 18, 6900 Lugano، سويسرا · [email protected]. نعالج البيانات وفقًا للقانون الاتحادي السويسري لحماية البيانات (FADP) واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) الصادرة عن الاتحاد الأوروبي.

11. ما يبقى على جهازك فقط

لا نرسل إلى خوادمنا: قوائم التشغيل الخاصة بك وبيانات اعتماد خدمات الأطراف الثالثة، والقنوات والبرامج التي تشاهدها، وسجل المشاهدة، والمفضلة، ورمز PIN الخاص بالرقابة الأبوية، والمحتوى الذي تنزّله. تبقى هذه البيانات على جهازك وتُحذف عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق؛ ولا يحتفظ iOS في سلسلة المفاتيح إلا برمز PIN والمعرّف المجهول الهوية الموضّح أدناه.

12. ما نعالجه ولماذا

  • معرّف الجهاز: رمز مجهول الهوية يُنشئه التطبيق (غير مرتبط بـ Apple ID الخاص بك)، ويُستخدم لإدارة الفترة التجريبية وترخيصك وأجهزتك. الأساس القانوني: تنفيذ العقد.
  • البيانات التقنية: طراز الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق، لأغراض الدعم والتوافق. الأساس القانوني: المصلحة المشروعة.
  • المشتريات: لتفعيل Premium، يرسل التطبيق إلى خادمنا بيانات الشراء من App Store (المنتج والتاريخ ومعرّف المعاملة) مع معرّف الجهاز. لا نتلقى أبدًا اسمك ولا Apple ID الخاص بك ولا بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك. الأساس القانوني: تنفيذ العقد.
  • سجل الموافقات: معرّف الجهاز، وإصدارات هذه الوثيقة التي تقبلها، وإصدار التطبيق، واللغة، والتاريخ. يتيح لنا إثبات موافقتك كما يقتضي القانون. لا نسجّل عنوان IP الخاص بك في هذا السجل.
  • الأمان: يُعالَج عنوان IP الخاص بك مؤقتًا لحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام. الأساس القانوني: المصلحة المشروعة.

13. الخدمات التي تمر عبر خادمنا

تُطلب معلومات الأفلام والمسلسلات (TMDB) والنتائج الرياضية عبر خادمنا: لا نرسل إلا ما يلزم للبحث، أي العنوان أو اللغة أو معرّف الفيلم، ولا نرسل أبدًا بيانات تحدد هويتك. غير أن بعض المحتوى يصل إلى جهازك مباشرةً من خدمات تابعة لجهات خارجية ترى، مثل أي موقع إلكتروني، عنوان IP الخاص بك: صور الملصقات والأغلفة (TMDB)، والإعلانات التشويقية (YouTube، Google)، ودليل تلفزيوني عام للأحداث الرياضية (GitHub, globetvapp.com). يُنزَّل دليل البرامج التلفزيونية لقنواتك من المصادر التي أعددتها.

14. تقارير الأعطال والإحصاءات

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي مكتبات للإعلانات أو الإحصاءات أو تقارير الأعطال، ولا يتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الإلكترونية الأخرى. إذا سمحت في إعدادات iOS بالمشاركة مع مطوري التطبيقات، فقد ترسل إلينا Apple تقارير أعطال وبيانات استخدام مجهولة الهوية وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها؛ ويمكنك تغيير ذلك في أي وقت من الإعدادات › الخصوصية والأمن › التحليلات والتحسينات.

15. مقدمو الخدمات

نستعين بمقدمي خدمات يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا مع ضمانات مناسبة: Netcup (خوادم، ألمانيا، الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وCloudflare (الشبكة والحماية)، وApple (المشتريات عبر App Store). تتم عمليات النقل خارج سويسرا والاتحاد الأوروبي بالضمانات المطلوبة (EU-US Data Privacy Framework والبنود التعاقدية القياسية).

16. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُحفظ السجلات التقنية لمدة لا تزيد على 90 يومًا؛ وبيانات الشراء والترخيص ما دام الترخيص نشطًا وللمدة التي يقتضيها القانون؛ وسجل الموافقات للمدة اللازمة لإثبات الموافقة المقدَّمة.

17. حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها ومحوها وتقييد معالجتها ونقلها، والاعتراض على المعالجة، دون أي تأثير على عمل التطبيق. راسلنا على [email protected]، وكذلك للحصول على نسخة من هذه الوثائق. يمكنك التوجه إلى المفوض الاتحادي السويسري لحماية البيانات والمعلومات (FDPIC) أو إلى السلطة الرقابية في بلدك داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي.

18. النص الكامل

تلخّص هذه الوثيقة النقاط الأساسية. النص الكامل لشروط الخدمة وسياسة الخصوصية، وهو جزء من الاتفاقية نفسها، متاح في التطبيق («اقرأ النص الكامل») وعلى burgtv.com. يستخدم التطبيق برمجيات مفتوحة المصدر، منها VLC وFFmpeg، وفقًا لتراخيص كل منها. يستخدم هذا المنتج واجهة برمجة تطبيقات TMDB، لكنه غير معتمد أو مصدَّق من TMDB.
